Anirvan Sen
Anirvan Sen is an experienced leadership and strategy advisor with 25+ years senior management experience across Europe, APAC, South Asia, Middle-East & Africa, and the US with some of the world’s largest companies including General Electric, Stryker, AkzoNobel, Coca Cola, and ManpowerGroup. He has a strong track record of leading, mentoring and advising senior business leaders with growth, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and transformation initiatives. He has been involved in several multi-billion dollar M&A and other transformation projects. In addition, has mentored 500+ transformation and change professionals globally including strategic leadership mentoring, cultural transformation and board driven strategies across a wide range of industry sectors.
Anirvan Sen is a self-made entrepreneur and has founded two companies (advisory business, Fifth Chrome – 2013 and Events Company, Roundtableinsights – 2019) and mentored dozens of start-ups and scale-ups. He focuses his advisory business on M&A Integration and business strategy. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he spent 16 years working with General Electric in various global leadership roles. During these roles, he led the new-country setup initiative where he helped GE to geographically expand its footprints into Sub-Saharan Africa, Balkans, Middle-East and North Africa, Israel, ASEAN and LATAM. He was involved in several M&As and divestitures including GE Capital acquisitions, Chemicals, Healthcare and Energy companies.
Anirvan Sen regularly works with the CXO (CEO and CFO) to design business strategy and help them effectively execute on transformation objectives across diverse geographic and multi-functional teams. He has globally worked and advised business leaders in 70+ countries.
Anirvan Sen is a published author, recognized industry expert and regularly gets featured in various events as chairperson and keynote speaker in Asia, Middle-East and Europe.
Anirvan Sen is a certified Master Black-Belt on Lean Six-Sigma, Certified Post-Merger Integration Expert and has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Delhi University. He has lived and worked in India, Singapore, UAE, and the Netherlands. He now lives in Amsterdam with his wife and two children.
